0️⃣ Organize my path

Prior to understanding any quantitative or qualitative data, I'd rather organize myself using Linear, Notion or any other platform that can provide me notes, task management and project management.

ChatGPT (from OpenAI) sometimes can be used to help me organize as well. I tend to avoid putting out any sensitive data, idea or even company names when prompting anything.

Linear is good because it has integrations with Slack and Figma.

1️⃣ In my ‘Understand’ phase:

• Get to know what the business is seeking and what are the goals
• User pain points are a North Start at this point
• Gather available data from quantitative and qualitative feedbacks, researches etc (if available)
• Understand or build the product vision
• Set or align OKRs

The most important thing here is to understand the problem and the business goals, to deliver value through a solution.

I can either use Figma (FigJam), Miro or even Notion for Product organization, documentation and supportive data source.
